Your feedback and satisfaction is extremely important to us.  In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product/s then please contact us as soon as possible upon receipt so that we can discuss & obtain a satisfactory outcome.

Returns of clothing will be accepted upon our inspection for equivocal exchanges provided the items have not been worn/are returned in the condition they were received in, within 7 days at the customers expense, unless faulty.

Please choose carefully as we cannot exchange for 'changes of mind'. No returns are accepted on sale, second or sample items.

All garments are top stitched wherever possible (we love it!) & seams are serged/overlocked for quality & durability.  Interfacing and fusible webbing is used wherever needed.

Please be aware that sizing alters the appearance of designs and the size 5 you order may look slightlty different to the size 1 pictured & colours may vary slightly on & off screen.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  Wall Art

We are NOT be able to offer the same refund/exchange policy on a custom made purchase.  A custom order is when you request an item to be made to your specifications. All wall art is shipped via registered post.

DISCLAIMER: Often appliqués have embellishments such as buttons in their designs. Be wary of buttons on clothing items and while ever effort is made to ensure these are secure at the time of purchase, wash & wear can loosen these over time.

POSTAGE: Is at the customers expense at a flat rate of $7. When ordering multiple items the system can overcharge as it is set per item. Should this occur any overcharge will be refunded.

We aim to always provide you with the cheapest postage costs as appropriate. Postage from WA can take 7-10 days to reach Eastern States. Registered post is available at your request and as we cannot take responsibility for the services of Australia Post it is recommended, though we have not had any missing parcels to day, thanks Australia Post!

International Postage: We can post overseas - please contact us for a quote prior to ordering.

PICK UP: Collection from our premises is not an option.

PAYMENTS:

We accept payments via bank deposit & paypal. Bank deposit details will be contained via email in your order confirmation/receipt after check-out.

All payments must clear prior to postage & this must occur within 3 days of purchase.

CART OVERSELLING:

Please be aware it takes a few seconds for sales to register in the system as being 'sold' & removed from the cart, therefore, it is possible on occasion, especially in the instance of advertising sales via facebook in real time, that the one item may be oversold & two/more customers be in possession of receipts/have made payments for the same single item. Unfortunately, this is out of our control & we will do our best to rectify this should it occur.
